Habitat for Humanity

This non-profit, inter-denominational Christian housing ministry is dedicated to the goal of eradicating substandard housing. Trinity is actively involved with this ministry through the Montgomery County Chapter. We finished our last project in July 2007.

The Conroe Soup Kitchen

The Trinity “Soupers” cook and serve lunch to approximately 75 adults and children the third Thursday of each month at the Salvation Army in Conroe. Transportation is available. There are 20 volunteers working in this ministry.

Interfaith Hospitality Network

Trinity hosts families who are homeless and working toward independence by offering food, lodging, transportation, and fellowship four times a year. The families stay at Trinity for one week during which approximately 50 volunteers are needed to help provide a caring atmosphere for these families in transition.

Lord of the Streets (LOTS)

The work and mission of Lord of the Streets Episcopal Church and Community of the Streets Outreach is to minister to the spiritual, emotional, physical and social needs of individuals living in Houston who are homeless, in crisis or in transition.

Community of the Streets Outreach is committed to providing supportive services to meet the needs of homeless individuals and families. These services include healthcare, food, clothing, personal hygiene kits, services to obtain identification, case management for employment, counseling and substance abuse services, and providing referrals to emergency shelter and permanent housing programs.

Disaster Response

Volunteers are necessary at critical times to respond to the needs of our church members and larger community. An emergency response plan is in place to mobilize and educate those interested in this project.

Souper Bowl Day of Caring

On Super Bowl Sunday, our youth will be part of a national program that assists those in need. After each service on this particular Sunday, our youth will be collecting donations from our membership. All money collected will go to the charity of our choice that deals with hunger issues.

Women Empowering Women

A mentor team is working with a lady from Tamina towards the goals of assisting her to achieve her GED, improving her housing condition, helping with parenting skills and generally helping to improve the quality of living of her family

Interfaith of The Woodlands

Prime Time Guys hold a food drive every Sunday for the Interfaith Food Pantry.

Giving Tree

In coordination with Interfaith, Trinity members donate gifts at Christmas time to those in need. This is the oldest and longest running outreach project at Trinity.

Seniors Ministry

Weekly prayer services and birthday celebrations are held at local retirement homes.

Meals on Wheels

On a regular schedule volunteers take meals to the homes of people in the area. This program is sponsored by The Friendship Center.

Cypresswood/Woodlands Junior Forum Seniors Luncheon

Meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month from September to May to provide lunch, games and prizes for local Seniors.
