Education for Ministry

Are you looking to deepen your faith? Are you hoping to understand how your personal experiences and beliefs bring you closer to God and God's people? If so, Education for Ministry (EfM) is for you! EfM is a life-changing and affirming intensive weekly study developed and administered by Sewanee, The University of the South's School of Theology. Through study, prayer, worship, and reflection, EfM groups journey together through Scripture, church history, and theology. Mother Joanna and Sandy Soghikian will be mentoring this group, which starts in September. Education for Ministry is offering two exciting pathways this year. There is the classic 4 year program (people commit for just one year at a time) of intentional learning and worshiping community of exploring the Hebrew Scriptures, the New Testament, Christian Tradition, and Ethics and Christian Spirituality.
